Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.

For the Ready To Wear collection, keep in mind that our products are made to order, so it is important that you contact us via email sufficiently in advance so that we can assess your request based on the work done Until now.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Shipping costs are free for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands on orders of +€150. For lower amounts or other territories and countries, shipping costs are calculated automatically when processing the order.

Items in the scarves, pareos, jewelery and other accessories category have a delivery time of approximately between 24h and 72h, with a flexible delivery window of up to 7 working days depending on stock.

*Ready To Wear Collection : At MARMOR we practice slow fashion, making on demand, with local production without surpluses, conscious and sustainable, therefore, the estimated delivery time for our collection garments is 10-20 days from confirmation of your request.

How can I process a return?

You have 14 calendar days from when you receive your order to request a return for a refund.

Contact us at to process the return. There are two methods:

  1. We send a courier home to pick up your order. The cost of this service is €4 in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, which we will deduct from your refund. For the rest of the territories, please, consult us in advance.
  2. You use a courier company of your choice and send it to us directly at our facilities within the indicated period. Our address is as follows:

You will receive the refund through the same payment method that you used to complete your purchase.

Can I make a change of garment?

Sorry, we do not make exchanges by size or item . If you need another size, color or product, you can make a new purchase and process the return of the previous order to receive a refund.
